Graduate Commercial Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily commercial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maximisingrevenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal resource utilisation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide support to the sales team, ensuring effective communication of product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial strategies.
- A business related degree or law although they would be open to other degrees if you had the right attitude.
- experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment wuold be an advantage
- knowledge of sales, manufacturing processes, and logistics particularly with oversees operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong organisationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements.
