Job: CNC Setter/ Operator
Hours: 06:00 – 18:00, Monday to Thursday with Fridays off and lots of overtime available

Salary; £14ph Plus DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors
- Maintain high-quality standards through regular self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machining centres
- Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc or Mazatrol controlsÂ
- Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools
- A proactive, positive approach to work, learning, and teamwork
- Good Maths
- Ideally, an Engineering qualification
