Our clientdesign and manufacture precision forged and machined components andare currently recruiting for a Grinderto join their team. As a Grinderyou would be responsible for grinding and surfing precision forgings to customer requirements.
Shifts - 4 day week 06.00-16.00
Salary - 14.00 plus competitive benefits package.
Reporting directly to the Department Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Remove defects on forgings
- Ensure a high standard finish on components and parts to customer agreed requirement
To be successful in the role of a Grinderyou will hold the following skills and experience;
- Experience of using a grinder and able to use various air tools
- Understanding of visual inspection standards and specifications
- Good communicator and a "can do" attitude"
- An attention to detail and able to work meticulously
