Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Redditch , is seeking a capable and proactive Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function in a varied and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Leading the month-end close process
Financial analysis and budgeting
Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
Overseeing and processing payroll
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Key Requirements

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
Strong technical accounting knowledge with a hands-on approach
Confident in financial reporting, audit preparation, and payroll management
Excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Degree in accountancy, business or economics
