Guided Talent is recruiting for 2 dedicated Permanent Scheduler to join our client's dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating with engineers, managing multiple jobs and projects, overseeing calendars, and booking appointments efficiently. Additionally, the Scheduler will serve as the first point of contact for customer and client queries, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery. This Scheduler must have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A background in an Engineering or Manufacturing setting, or an equivalent field, is essential to understand technical requirements and optimise scheduling processes.

  • Proven experience in a Scheduling role within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment (or equivalent).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to handle customer and client queries confidently.
  • Experience in managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or relevant office applications (CRM systems).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
