Are you an Office Manager with experience in a primary school?

It is MANDATORY that you have Office Manager experience within a school.

This is a temporary to permanent basis role and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm. This school is seeking a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administration, financial, and operational functions.


As a School Office Manager your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Operations & Administration: Supervise daily office administration, including receptionist, reprographic, and secretarial duties.
- Financial & Resource Management: Handle procurement, budget management, and the security of financial resources.
- HR & Compliance: Manage staff recruitment, HR documentation, and school compliance.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among staff, parents, and visitors.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF 56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
