Job Title:   Onsite Account Manager

Location:   Redditch

Salary:        £30,000 – £32,000 dependant on experience plus commission

Hours:        05:30–15:30 with 1 hour lunch – however flexibility is key!

                      Some days may be shorter, others longer depending on business needs.

Workforce is growing – fast – and we’re looking for an Onsite Account Manager to be the heartbeat of our client relationships, travelling between sites and making sure both clients and candidates get a gold-standard service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to contact for your clients – planning your day around their needs and jumping into action as priorities shift.
  • Kickstart each day in our team huddle – sharing client updates and planning the day ahead.
  • Attend regular review meetings with clients to identify improvements and maximise opportunities.
  • Write eye-catching job adverts and use creative tools to attract top talent.
  • Lead from the front – managing large volumes of temporary workers, running inductions, and ensuring performance standards stay high.
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end – from sourcing and screening to placements and check-ins.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence to monitor attendance, support retention, and keep teams motivated.
  • Handle queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure everything is compliant with recruitment regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar onsite or fast-paced recruitment role.
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be dealing with people at all levels.
  • Super organised, a quick learner, and cool under pressure.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and recruitment tech tools.
  • Full UK driving licence – you’ll need it to travel between site and the office
  • A great sense of humour and a willingness to adapt – because no two days are the same!
