This role requires a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong grounding in Forging and Casting processes, ideally within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description
- Work closely with our Forging & Castings team to improve process flow and NPI
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes within the Forging/Casting department.
- Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Work closely with the design team to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials.
- Train and mentor junior members of the team.
Profile
A successful Manufafacturing should have:
- A Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- A sound understanding of Forging and Casting processes.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- A track record of implementing successful process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Offer
