Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:
- Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- A relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
