Monday-Friday £25-30k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day secretarial support to fee earners
- Prepare and type legal documents, letters, and court forms (audio and copy typing)
- Maintain accurate and organised case files using our ALB case management system
- Liaise with clients professionally by phone, email, and in person
- Manage diaries, book appointments, and assist with client meetings
- Handle incoming calls and messages promptly and accurately
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving
- Cover reception or switchboard on a rota basis when needed
- Previous secretary experienceÂ
- Fast and accurate typing skills – ideally 60–70 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Comfortable using case management systems and MS Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to support other departments when needed
