About the Role

We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager – someone to manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations within our Redditch Distribution Centre, from order receipt through to goods despatch, encompassing all functional activities. You’ll supervise and manage all staff and operators whilst ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, with appropriate written control procedures for all activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills, able to discuss business improvements within all levels of the organisation. You’ll have proven experience in a warehouse/factory supervisory role and have effective decision-making skills, able to work independently on a wide range and diverse workload.

You’ll empower and develop the individuals within your team, meaning you will have excellent people management and delegation skills. We’d also like you to be familiar with computer-based bar-code inventory control systems and competent in all Microsoft programmes.
