Due to expansion, we are recruiting a Forklift Mechanic to join a highly skilled team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise across both forklifts and specialist plant machinery for a company delivering projects across the automotive, industrial, rail and nuclear sectors.

You will carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of forklifts whilst training to be able to work on plant machinery too.

This position would suit a motivated individual with forklift experience who is keen to progress into plant machinery engineering, in a stable, days-based role with guaranteed overtime at x1.5.

The Role:
*Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance on forklifts
*Receive training on plant machinery maintenance and repairs
*Benefit from 5-10 hours guaranteed overtime per week at x1.5
*Work at a single site in Redditch on a days-only contract

The Candidate:
*Previous experience working as a forklift mechanic/engineer
*Strong knowledge of hydraulics and diesel engines would be beneficial
*Willing to train on plant machinery
*Based within a commutable distance of Redditch
