Based near Redditch, the company employs a mix of manual and automated manufacturing methods within a well-established, steadily evolving production environment. This is a daytime position offering full autonomy to lead site maintenance and promote best practices. The successful candidate will earn a salary in the region of 40,000, with additional opportunities for overtime and flexible working hours where possible.

Maintenance Engineer duties include -
- Handle general site and factory maintenance.
- Oversee scheduled PPM to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
- Manage stock levels and reorder consumables as needed.
- Help to improve processes and minimise downtime.
Maintenance Engineer desirable skills and experience -
- Experience working in a similar role (Mechanical Fitter, Handyman etc).
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering with strong fault-finding skills.
- PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
- Well organised and proactive mindset.
