The role represents a fantastic opening for a bright and innovative Marketing Executive, offering the opportunity to help shape and steer marketing activity across the UK (& longer-term EU) within a well-established yet continually ambitious services provider.
The scope for this role is broad, supporting an agenda that covers marketing communications, campaign delivery & analysis, brand awareness, customer engagement & social media to name a few. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with commercial, sales and new business development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support HO Marketing & business leads to deliver, manage and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns; using a variety of tools and techniques to measure and analyse campaign and activity results.
- Working closely with sales & commercial team to feedback on campaign performance, providing recommendations for future growth opportunities.
- Work closely with branch stakeholders to support local & national marketing initiatives.
- Create and send internal monthly marketing communications and optimise engagement on internal intranet.
- Conduct and evaluate market / competitor research.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (CRM suppliers, data providers etc.)
- Manage marketing queries and support regional execs with tailored marketing plans.
- Present and promote marketing campaigns / initiatives with internal stakeholder’s face to face / online.
- Attend and promote company brand at relevant UK & EU industry events.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications required:
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a full-time employed B2B marketing role.
- Relevant degree qualification of professional industry recognised marketing accreditation.
- Previous regular use of marketing campaign management or email marketing tools & website CMS - desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding the core principles of marketing.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent people skills with ability to quickly form relationships and rapport.
- Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritise projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Hands-on knowledge of using Google Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising, email marketing and marketing automation systems as part of a plan to achieve commercial targets.
- Valid UK driving license - essential.
