About the Role:
Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Redditch. You will be responsible for supervising classes when teachers are absent, ensuring that students remain engaged, safe, and productive. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education or develop their teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise whole classes following teacher lesson plans
Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Support students in completing set work and activities
Report any concerns regarding student behaviour or wellbeing
Assist teaching staff with administrative tasks if needed
