About the Role:
Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Redditch. You will be responsible for supervising classes when teachers are absent, ensuring that students remain engaged, safe, and productive. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise whole classes following teacher lesson plans

Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
