About the Role:
Aspire People are looking for experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide day-to-day or long-term supply cover in secondary schools across Redditch. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area

Follow existing lesson plans or adapt materials as needed

Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive classroom

Report on student progress and any issues to the school

Support school staff with administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Backgrounds:
We are seeking teachers with:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in secondary schools

A strong track record in your subject area
