Job Title: Payroll Administrator (6-Month FTC)
Location: Redditch

Hours:     Monday & Tuesday 7.30am-4.30pm with 45mins unpaid break although there may be some flexibility with days


We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business in Redditch on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to support the Payroll Manager during an exciting time of transformation as the business transitions to a new, paperless payroll system.


The Role:
This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience who enjoys process improvement and is confident adapting to new systems. You'll be supporting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day tasks while playing a key part in helping the department go digital.

Working Hours:
. Monday & Tuesday only
. 7:30am - 4:30pm (with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break)
. Some flexibility on start/finish times may be considered

Responsibilities:
. Assist with payroll processing and employee data entry
. Support the transition from manual to digital processes
. Help implement and use the new payroll system effectively
. Maintain accurate records during the system changeover
. Respond to payroll queries and support compliance with relevant legislation

What You'll Need:
. Previous payroll experience is essential
. Confident with systems and data accuracy
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
