We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Support to assist our engineering and manufacturing teams. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the creation, development, and implementation of engineering solutions in our industrial/manufacturing setting.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for Industrial Validation /PPAP for customer projects
    • Process Flows
    • PFMEAs
    • Control Plans
    • Capability Studies
  • Creation & Updates for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting Material Review Board (MRB)
    • Providing dispositions on parts
    • Creation of rework instructions
  • Improvement to assembly processes through updating instructions and fixturing
  • UseofERB systems
    • EFACS preferred.
  • Able to read engineering drawings and have knowledge of machining processes
    • Preferable to also have knowledge around special processes - anodise, NDT, etc

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer Support should have

:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering or similar field.
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
