As an Inspector - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality through meticulous inspection and testing, maintaining high standards and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

We have an role for an Inspector here at Honeywell, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aerospace products. You will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating components and assemblies to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our aerospace operations.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you'll work out of our Redditch, Worcestershire, UK location. This is a site-based role, 37 hours per week.

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtuallyeverycommercial, defense, and spaceaircraft.Webuild aircraft engines, cockpit andcabin electronics, wireless connectivitysystems, mechanical components. Ourhardware and software solutions help create morefuel-efficient aircraft, more direct and on-timeflights and safer skies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on components and assemblies according to established drawings and specifications.
  • Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from the required standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification within Engineering, Mechanics or ManufacturingORequivalent skilled industry experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry
