Description

  • Work closely with our Forging & Castings team to improve process flow and NPI
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes within the Forging/Casting department.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team.

Profile

A successful Manufafacturing should have:

  • A Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • A sound understanding of Forging and Casting processes.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • A track record of implementing successful process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
