Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to align with industry standards.
- Proficient in all things AS9100
- Hands on approach and very involved in all the systems
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality-related activities.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality standards across the supply chain.
Profile
A successful Quality Systems Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing quality systems within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in all things AS9100
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
