About the Role

As an Activity Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in promoting wellbeing, social engagement and community spirit by provide tenants with important opportunities for socialisation, company and just 'someone to talk to', ranging from very basic 'sitting and being' with people to more substantial, long-term, one-to-one befriending relationships and support.

Working hours:

Monday Wednesday and Friday 11am - 5pm (times may vary or include weekends)

Pay rate:

12.21 per hour

Location:

Redditch B97 6PG

Length of contract: 3 months with review for extension

Key Responsibilities:ment and recruitment of Volunteers to ensure that we have significant positive impacts on tenants, relatives and staff.

To support volunteers to provide activities and outings for tenants.

To process and maintain all paperwork,

To assist with the engage

filing systems and data bases relevant to all volunteers and volunteer initiatives and recruitment.

To assist with the co-ordination of volunteer events, such as launch events and graduation celebrations, for cohorts of volunteers.

To support the team with consultation and feedback events including talking with tenants about the types of activities they would like to do.

To actively contribute to the safeguarding of all users by responding to potential and identifying safeguarding issues.
