  • Achieve and exceed financial, SLA, and KPI targets individually and as part of a team.
  • Attract and source quality candidates through inclusive and innovative methods.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build enduring relationships with stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
  • Support onboarding, performance, and wellbeing of placed candidates.
  • Regularly review service effectiveness and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential:
  • Understanding of the recruitment cycle and best practice.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics in recruitment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage and build relationships at all levels.
  • Understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion principles.
