BANDSAW OPERATOR - REDDITCH 

Location: Redditch

Pay Rate: ?14.00 per hour

Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-4pm / 4pm-2am

We are currently recruiting a Bandsaw Operator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bandsaw machinery safely and efficiently
• Cut materials accurately to specification
• Carry out visual inspections and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Support other production processes when required
• Follow all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
• Experience operating bandsaw machinery is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
