Our client is seeking a Design Engineer with a mechanical bias to join their expanding team.
The role involves amending current designs and developing bespoke solutions while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
Candidates should have an NVQ, HND, HNC, or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.
Experience with Autocad or Autodesk Inventor is required, along with strong communication skills.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

Our client, is currently recruiting for a Design Engineer to join their growing team. The Design Engineer will have a mechanical bias and will be response for amending current designs as well as working on bespoke solutions.

Key Responsibilities for the Design Engineer

Designing and modifying current and bespoke products
Ensure Designs are to customer specifications and check compliance of drawings
Keep all documentation up to date
Work closely with all areas of the business to understand requirements

Key Experience for the Design Engineer

NVQ / HND / HNC or time served in Mechanical Engineering qualified
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Experience with Autocad or Autodesk Inventor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
