Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking events organisation based in Redhill.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Events Sales Manager who will contribute to the growth of their growing portfolio of UK exhibitions.

This award-winning events business, is dedicated to organising accessible, affordable, and sustainable events for professionals to connect, learn, and collaborate.

As an experiences Sales Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of up to 45,000, plus 30% commission OTE plus bonus structure, rebook bonuses, and a company share scheme. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension, gym/health club membership, and a laptop.

They're gearing up to launch several events across different markets, making this an exciting time to join and be a part of their expansion journey.

This role is based in Redhill with parking on site and hybrid working options (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and entails occasional national and international travel throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Meet revenue targets by securing stand bookings and upselling sponsorship opportunities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for effective pipeline management


Key Skills & Experience of the Sales Manager:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in B2B event sales
  • Ability to meet daily call targets and KPIs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to competitor events, UK and Internationally
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Proactive and commercially minded
