Job Overview
- We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support existing customers. This is a pivotal role that blends business development with account management and would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while actively seeking new opportunities.
- You will be involved in the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management
- The role will be office based, but with occasional travel for meetings.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. telecoms, broadcast, defence, infrastructure)
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand technical training needs
- Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the technical team
Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
- Proactively uncover new training needs within accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships to increase repeat business
- Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate post-training feedback
Skills
- 1 year of sales experience
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple accounts effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world problems
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into sectors like telecoms, broadcast, defence, or infrastructure
- Familiarity with training, L&D, or technical education markets
- Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive)
