Job Overview

  • We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support existing customers. This is a pivotal role that blends business development with account management and would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while actively seeking new opportunities.
  • You will be involved in the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management
  • The role will be office based, but with occasional travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. telecoms, broadcast, defence, infrastructure)
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to understand technical training needs
  • Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the technical team

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
  • Proactively uncover new training needs within accounts
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships to increase repeat business
  • Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate post-training feedback

Skills

  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into sectors like telecoms, broadcast, defence, or infrastructure
  • Familiarity with training, L&D, or technical education markets
  • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive)
