Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fantastic company based in Redhill who are recruiting for a part time Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis, with working hours of 20-25 hours on offer which can be done over 3, 4 or 5 days.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Debt-chasing on accounts receivable ledger, including telephone calls, e-mails and letters to ensure that the company policy of payment is adhered to by customers.
  • To ensure that information on the Credit and Collections module of the finance system regarding communications with customers so that an adequate record is maintained in the event of query or legal action has to been taken against the customer.
  • To ensure that account queries are dealt with efficiently in order to minimise the risk of bad debts.
  • To respond to or refer queries raised both internally and externally.
  • To respond to or refer, in a timely manner, queries raised both internally and externally.

About You:

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in a finance department.
  • Computer literate with good Excel and Word skills.
