Working with UK private label customers, Key account managers and European private label marketing team to propose and implement private label opportunities from development to launch. As well as, managing projects within each customer's process, critical path and with technical requirements met.

Description

  • To act ac the primary point of contact for customers on all matters related to NPD, EPD and Packaging.
  • Responsible for leading innovation projects all the way from the initial brief through to launch, including NPD and Packaging updates throughout.
  • Ensure all products meet specifications, guidelines and policy requirements.
  • Oversee packaging design updates, including pack copy and artwork approvals, in alignment with the final product specification.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all customer specifications, meeting right-first-time (RFT) and agreed deadlines.
  • Coordinate and lead customer meetings and technical site visits to manufacturing locations.
  • Track and evaluate product performance through consistency checks, benchmarking panels, and customer product KPIs.

  • Proven own label experience.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Solid Excel skills.
