Job Title: Environmental Compliance & Regulatory Affairs 

Summary:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead environmental compliance and regulatory affairs for our global product portfolio. You will work closely with R&D and manage compliance with RoHS, REACH, TSCA-BPT, WEEE, Proposition 65, and other environmental regulations, while supporting our ISO 9001 accreditation and quality management system. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor legislation changes and assess business impacts.
  • Manage compliance documentation, certifications, and reporting.
  • Lead projects integrating compliance into product design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate material and chemical data.
  • Support ISO 9001 audits, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality management.
  • Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, TSCA-BPT, WEEE, Proposition 65, and ISO 9001 preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
