Are you an experienced and compassionate Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Bright Selection are seeking a Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager to join a dedicated team at a luxury care home local to the Redhill area.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence. You'll lead by example, mentor staff, and play a key role in delivering person-centred dementia care in a warm, homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong clinical leadership to care and nursing teams
  • Support with audits, care planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure person-centred care tailored to the needs of residents with dementia
  • Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and staff
  • Step into the Home Manager role when required

About you:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in a senior care/nursing role, ideally in a dementia care setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting team development
