Commission new LED signage systems and troubleshoot faults

Manage workshop operations and product testing

Deliver technical support to clients via phone, email, and site visits

Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests and ensure product quality

Oversee stock and parts management

Background in electronics/electrical engineering

Hands-on experience with electrical and electronic systems

Ability to read schematics and conduct fault diagnostics

Familiarity with data communications and Windows-based software installation

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field

Full UK driving licence

Experience with LED components, AV equipment, and network protocols (TCP/IP, RS232/485)

Knowledge of DNS, port forwarding, cloud server setup

Familiarity with video/picture editing software

CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA certifications
