Role Overview: As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the firm's growth initiatives. Reporting to partners, you will oversee client portfolios, engage in strategic planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve mentoring and training junior staff members, contributing to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and needs.
  • Oversee client portfolios, ensuring that services are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management on strategic planning and client development initiatives.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, facilitating their growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Substantial experience (X+ years) in client management or a related role within an accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proven experience in team management, mentorship, and staff development.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
