The Role - 2nd/3rd Line Support

  • If you have 2-4 years' MSP experience and love solving complex technical challenges, you'll feel right at home.
  • You'll manage escalations, onboard new clients, and work hands-on with: Windows Server * Active Directory * Firewalls * Citrix * VMware/Hyper-V * Veeam

What We're Looking For

  • A strong communicator with a customer-first approach
  • An organised, proactive problem-solver
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (no public transport access)
