My client, a well-known house builder, is currently seeking a Planner.
The role involves leading planning matters from early site feasibility studies to overseeing the planning process until site delivery.
Candidates should have experience as a Planner, preferably in a consultancy or house building environment.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

My client, a well known house builder,are currently seeking a Planner.

As a key player in the development process, you will lead on all matters of planning from early site feasibility studies working with the land and technical teams to inform acquisition, through to overseeing the planning process and seeing the site through to delivery working with our delivery and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience as a Planner working for a consultancy or house builder.
