Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Near Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time (5 days/week – 4 supernumerary, 1 floor-based shift)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager with a passion for high-quality care? My client has well-established care home near Redhill, Surrey, and are part of a growing, national, family-run care organisation. They are looking to appoint a dedicated and knowledgeable Deputy Manager to join their supportive and well-structured team.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents. You will be part of a strong and collaborative leadership team, committed to maintaining a warm, person-centred environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting is essential
In-depth knowledge and experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care
Additional experience with mental health and acquired brain injury (ABI) is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
