Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Redhill - September start
Location: Redhill
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) 8:30 - 3:45

We are working closely with a supportive and inclusive school in Redhill who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and looking to build a long-term role within a school setting.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting in KS1/KS2 as a general teaching assistant with SEN/EAL duties.
  • Supporting children with special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or learning difficulties)

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

  • Promoting independence and confidence in pupils

  • Assisting with classroom activities, learning resources, and behaviour management

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

  • Is calm, reliable, and proactive in their approach

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ideally holds a DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

  • Is available to work full-time and start as soon as possible
