MET/Vehicle Technician

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle MET (Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim) Technician to join our team. As a MET Technician, you will:

  • Perform accurate and efficient dismantling of vehicles, including removal of mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair damage to vehicle structures and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and repair methods.
  • Reassemble vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and functionality of all components.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle MET Technician in a similar automotive repair environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for vehicle repair and assembly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive repair and maintenance (desired).
