Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity, for a company based in Redhill, who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
This is a fixed term contract role, fully office based, with some travel required.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Working with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews
- Advertising roles using various channels
- Onboarding new employees
- Ensuring a positive experience for employee with a focus on wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
- Preparation and analysis of reports
- Preparation of various documents
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- Previous experience within an HR Advisor role
- Experience of recruitment and onboarding
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Able to commit to a 14 month fixed term contract
