Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity, for a company based in Redhill, who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.

This is a fixed term contract role, fully office based, with some travel required.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Working with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews
  • Advertising roles using various channels
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Ensuring a positive experience for employee with a focus on wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Preparation and analysis of reports
  • Preparation of various documents
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Previous experience within an HR Advisor role
  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding
  • Strong understanding of employment law
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to commit to a 14 month fixed term contract
