Our client is seeking a Design Engineer with a mechanical bias to join their expanding team.
The role involves amending existing designs and creating bespoke solutions while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
Candidates should possess an NVQ, HND, or HNC in Mechanical Engineering or have equivalent experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, along with experience in Autocad or Autodesk Inventor, is required.

Our client, is currently recruiting for a Design Engineer to join their growing team. The Design Engineer will have a mechanical bias and will be response for amending current designs as well as working on bespoke solutions.

Key Responsibilities for the Design Engineer

Designing and modifying current and bespoke products
Ensure Designs are to customer specifications and check compliance of drawings
Keep all documentation up to date
Work closely with all areas of the business to understand requirements

Key Experience for the Design Engineer

NVQ / HND / HNC or time served in Mechanical Engineering qualified
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Experience with Autocad or Autodesk Inventor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
