The Technical Manager role is working across large scale residential led legacy projects.

Organise information needed for section agreements S38&278, S104 &106 – Roads and Drainage adoptions.
Liaise with local authorities and consultants
Deal with any remedial works that are needed on site,
Elements to be finished before maintenance period for adoption
Provide construction information for QS for costing
