Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and account management experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software (desirable)
  • Qualifying leads and promptly responding to inquiries.
  • Ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Collaborating with the technical and production teams.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the sign and display market and product range.
  • Promoting a positive company image and culture.
