Are you a proven Project Manager with experience in complex construction builds? Our client, a specialist Main Contractor, is looking for a professional and client-facing Senior Project Manager to take the lead on new build projects.

The Role
You’ll manage full project lifecycles – from pre-construction through delivery – with a strong focus on buildability, MEP coordination, and programme delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business renowned for technical excellence and innovation in a niche but growing sector.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams
Integrate MEP systems effectively within a design & build environment
Prepare and manage construction programmes using ASTA Powerproject
Identify and implement value engineering opportunities
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at every stage
Ensure the scheme has been designed and priced to include all elements before tender submissions

Requirements

Experience in new build projects with strong structural/concrete frame knowledge - NOT RESIDENTIAL
Confident with MEP interface management and build sequencing
Proficient in ASTA Powerproject for construction planning
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Background with a Main Contractor on D&B contracts
Based within commutable distance of an office south of the M25
Flexibility to also work from home a day or 2 a week
Will be required to visit live projects every couple of weeks for a day or 2. These can be located nationally.
