Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people? My client is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner to help lead a therapeutic care team working with children who have experienced trauma and adversity.

Key Responsibilities
•    Deliver and oversee high-quality, trauma-informed care.
•    Safeguard and support children’s emotional, physical, and educational development.
•    Supervise staff, manage rotas, and deputise for the Deputy Manager.
•    Lead incident response and liaise with external agencies.
•    Support care planning and multi-agency meetings.
•    Embed therapeutic parenting and positive behaviour support.
•    Maintain compliance with health, safety, medication, and financial procedures.
•    Participate in the staff rota, including sleep-in duties.
