SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Surrey/Redhill areaStart Date: ASAP (Interviews in September)Contract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £13.68 - £17 per hour depending on experienceHours: 40 per week, term Time only
Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm.
Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm

Role Overview:
Support pupils with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs. Help deliver tailored learning and promote wellbeing in a safe, inclusive environment. Pupils will have autism related needs.
Main Duties:
- Assist with learning activities and behaviour support
- Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
- Adapt resources and reinforce learning
- Provide feedback on pupil progress
- Safeguard pupils and follow school policies
- Support across both main and satellite sites
Requirements:
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 or equivalent)
- Level 2 TA qualification or willingness to train
- Experience in SEND settings
- Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour strategies
