Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm.

Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm

Role Overview:

Support pupils with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs. Help deliver tailored learning and promote wellbeing in a safe, inclusive environment. Pupils will have autism related needs.

Main Duties:

  • Assist with learning activities and behaviour support
  • Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt resources and reinforce learning
  • Provide feedback on pupil progress
  • Safeguard pupils and follow school policies
  • Support across both main and satellite sites

Requirements:

  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 or equivalent)
  • Level 2 TA qualification or willingness to train
  • Experience in SEND settings
  • Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour strategies
