About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people reach their potential in STEM? We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Physics teacher to join a co-ed state boarding school in Reigate. You would be part of an experienced dedicated department teaching Physics across Keystages 3-5.

Key Responsibilities

As  Physics teacher you will:

• Teach Physics across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Physics that inspire ambition and curiosity.
• Contribute to wider school life through enterprise activities, clubs, or initiatives.
• Monitor and assess student progress in Physics, providing constructive feedback and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Physics (or closely related subject).
• Proven experience teaching Physics in UK secondary schools (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
