We are seeking two dedicated and experienced SENDCos to join a highly inclusive and supportive school environment in Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to take on a pivotal role within the school community, working closely with staff, students, and families to deliver the highest standards of SEND support.

As a SENDCo, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development of SEND provision across the school. You will coordinate and monitor the support in place for students with a wide range of needs, ensuring every pupil has access to the tools and guidance they require to succeed. A key part of the role will involve working closely with teaching staff to implement high-quality teaching and learning strategies, as well as liaising with external agencies and parents to deliver a fully joined-up approach to support. You will also play an important role in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and the effective use of resources.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold QTS or QTLS status, with either previous SENDCo experience or significant leadership responsibilities within SEND. You should bring a strong understanding of current SEND legislation and best practice, coupled with excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
