Role and Responsibilities:As an English Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to support students' emotional and academic development.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in English or Education.
- Experience working with SEMH or SEND students is highly desirable.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
