Packer / Warehouse Operator

A global manufacturing business specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of a range of static tension and / or compression testing machines, including specialist grips, fixtures andapplications are seeking a Packer / Warehouse Operator due to expansion.  As a Packer / Warehouse Operator you will: -            Undertake general stores/warehousing duties-            Assist packing for national / international freight-            Assist with collection and delivery of goods off-site driving transit van (once or twice a week)-            Assist with goods inwards, booking in and processing stock shortage tickets-            Assist with dealing with third party contractors-            Use of computerised stock management SystemWe are looking for a Packer / Warehouse Operator who has the following skills and experience:-            Competent Person-            DVLC preferred-            Driver (Over 25)-            Experience of working in a shop floor environment-            Good communication and numeric skills-            Competent and reliable-            Fluent in English both spoken and written-            Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel and Outlook)-            Forklift experience would be preferred but training can be given.You will be working 08.00 – 16.30, Monday to Friday.  In return you will receive a salary of £25,500 per annum.If this sounds like the Packer / Warehouse Operator role for you, click apply now.
