Interaction is recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Kitchen and Bathroom sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operative to join their dynamic team in Redruth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operative or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
